Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are permitted only for products of equal or higher value.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we are happy to assist you with exchanges and alterations wherever possible.
Custom & Urgent Orders
- Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Orders processed on an urgent basis are non-exchangeable.
- Alteration support is available to ensure the best possible fit and satisfaction.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective or incorrect product (including manufacturing defects, wrong item, incorrect size, or transit damage), please contact us at desivdesi.clothes@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Once verified:
- We will provide an exchange at no additional shipping cost.
- In case of transit damage, the product will be inspected, repaired (if applicable), and shipped back to you at no extra charge.
Shipping Charges
- Any express delivery services (such as same-day delivery or Borzo) will be charged to the customer.
Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
- Cancellation requests must be made within a limited time after placing the order.
- Express or urgent orders are not eligible for cancellation.
