Order Processing and Dispatch

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances such as:
    • Regional lockdowns
    • Operational restrictions in New Delhi, India
    • Limitations in your delivery area

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping

  • Available on all prepaid orders
  • Available on orders above ₹3500

Standard Shipping Fee

  • A fee of ₹100 is applicable on:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
    • Orders below ₹3500

Payment Options

  • Prepaid payments
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Note: COD is not available for orders exceeding ₹10,000.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

DesivDesi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. This may occur in cases such as:

  • Product availability issues
  • Pricing inaccuracies
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

We may request additional details or verification before confirming your order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Delivery and Tracking

  • All orders are fully trackable and insured
  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped
  • A signature may be required at the time of delivery

If no one is available at the delivery address:

  • The courier partner will contact you to arrange re-delivery
